Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty on watches sold through our website, covering manufacturing defects and materials. If the product shows any manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the receiving date, provided the returned watch is unworn and in its original box.
In the event of return of watches to us as a result of failure or refusal by you to pay any local customs charges, duties, or taxes, the full cost of return delivery will be deducted from any refund provided.
Shipping and Customs Duties
We oer worldwide shipping from Shenzhen, China. Please note that our prices do not include local customs charges, duties, or taxes payable for import into the destination territory. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment must be made online using the payment methods noted on the site. Payments will be converted to US dollars at the exchange rate on the payment date.
